In an effort to keep track and implement public policies and practical developments associated with the industry, CSCC has joined the following external initiatives:

Project
Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) Based on consistent voluntary climate-related financial disclosures, this initiative not only helps investors understand the possible climate risks facing CSCC, but also enables CSCC to draw up policies in response to the challenges of climate change while implementing responsible commitments and actions. CSCC has officially signed up to become a TCFD supporter in June 2022.
Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) TIPS is a systematic management system linking intellectual property management and operational goals, which is built using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle based on the ISO Standards system. This initiative assists CSCC in managing intellectual property-related assets.
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Aimed at reducing risks caused by chemicals to human health and the environment, offering alternatives for the assessment of hazardous substances, and enhancing the competitiveness of the chemical industry in the European Union, the REACH regulation mandates the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of all chemicals entering the European Union market to raise the quality requirements for all chemicals entering the European Union market.
1989 February CSCC was officially incorporated and awarded a business license by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
1995 May CSCC was awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification.
1997 August CSCC was awarded the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certification.
1998 November CSCC's shares were officially listed for trading on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
2000 November CSCC was honored with the 1st Industrial Sustainable Excellence Award by the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2001 October CSCC received the 10th National Award of Outstanding SMEs from the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2002 March CSCC was awarded the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certification.
2002 April CSCC was awarded the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (CNLA).
2013 July CSCC was awarded the ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems certification.
2013 October CSCC was awarded the ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Quality Management System certification.
2014 November CSCC received the Outstanding Energy Saving Manufacturer Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2018 March CSCC's Carbon Chemical Manufacturing Department was officially launched and began operations.
2018 November CSCC won the Silver Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards during the 2018 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards.
2019 November CSCC received the Sustainable Elite Award issued by SGS Taiwan, as well as the Taiwan Sustainable Enterprise Comprehensive Performance Award and the Gold Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards during the 2019 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards.
2020 November CSCC won the Gold Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards during the 2020 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards.
2021 November CSCC received the Gold Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards in the traditional manufacturing category during the 2021 Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards.
2021 December CSCC was awarded the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) Level A Patent and Trademark Certification
2022 October CSCC received the “Bronze Award” in the Manufacturing Industry Category of the 4th “National Enterprise Environmental Protection Award” from the Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan
2022 November CSCC received the Gold Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards of the first category of the traditional manufacturing industry during the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards
2022 December CSCC was awarded the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System (TIPS) Level A Patent, Trademark and Trade Secret Certifications
2023 June CSCC was obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification.
2023 July CSCC has been continuously included in the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporate Governance 100 Index.
2023 August CSCC awarded the Environmental Sustainability Contribution Award by the Kaohsiung City Government
2023 September CSCC awarded the Best Trade Contribution Award in the Mineral Category by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2023 November CSCC was included in the Taiwan Stock Exchange's Selected Green Energy and Electric Vehicle Index for Listed and OTC Companies.
2023 November CSCC received the Gold Award for the Corporate Sustainability Report Awards of the first category of the traditional manufacturing industry during the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards
