Shareholders' meetings at CSCC can be divided into annual general meetings and extraordinary shareholders' meetings. Annual general meetings are convened within six months after the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the law, whereas extraordinary shareholders' meetings are convened when necessary in accordance with the law. The primary functions of shareholders' meetings include deliberating on CSCC's operational plans prior to implementation by the Board of Directors and acknowledging the adoption of CSCC's business reports, financial statements, and proposals for distribution of earnings or compensation for losses.
CSCC's major shareholders consist of domestic and foreign legal persons, financial institutions, and natural persons, with legal persons accounting for 44.26% of our shareholders. CSCC's major shareholders include China Steel Corporation, International CSRC Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Ever Wealthy International Co., Ltd., Chi Cheng Teh Investment Co., Ltd., KGI Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund Investment Account, China Steel Chemical Corporation Trust Property Account, Shinyoung Investment Co., Ltd., and Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund Investment Account, and CSCC's shareholder structure is illustrated as follows:
