We distribute our earnings according to a balanced dividend policy. As stipulated in this policy, the actual amount of earnings distributed for each year shall be no less than 50% of the distributable earnings for the year, where the amount of cash dividends for shareholders shall be no less than 50% of the overall dividends for shareholders.
