Personnel Composition

Pay System

In addition to paying each employee based on a number of objective factors such as past experience, professional skills, and job applied, we offer a better pay and benefits system than our peers and has a fair and open promotion system in place to foster employee retention and uphold gender equality such that our pay structure does not differ by gender. Employee pay encompasses a number of items, including basic salary, additional pay, allowances, year-end bonuses, surplus incentive bonuses, non-leave allowances, and employee remuneration. New male and female employees are paid in accordance with Taiwan's statutory minimum wage (NT$27,470) for 2023, while the salaries for each job category vary by years of service and performance. On the other hand, annual salary adjustments are made based on pay levels in the market and our operational status. In 2023, we raised the minimum wage for our employees by 3.5%. Apart from basic salary, we also distribute surplus incentive bonuses and employee remuneration based on our annual operational status and employees' individual performance. Information on full-time non-managerial employees at CSCC in 2023 is detailed as follows:

Project 2022 2023 Change (%)
