Continuing Education and Training for Directors

With the intention of encouraging directors to engage in continuing education and training, we provide our directors with information on courses conducted by various organizations, such as the Financial Supervisory Commission, the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association, and the Accounting Research and Development Foundation, so as to comply with the Directions for the Implementation of Continuing Education for Directors and Supervisors of TWSE/TPEx-listed Companies. In 2024, all directors of the Company have completed the legally required continuing education hours.
