Company Mission
As the only coal chemical manufacturing company in Taiwan, CSCC primarily sources coal chemical materials from CSC Group. Aside from the pursuit of corporate growth and continuous profitability, CSCC also practices sustainable development, with a mission to “fully utilize coke by-products from CSC Group and continuously refine and reuse them to provide high-value coal chemicals and refined carbon materials that satisfy our customers.”
Vision and Sustainability Criteria
With a vision to “pursue efficient reuse of coke by-products and become a global leader in coal chemicals and refined carbon materials,” CSCC formulates short-, medium-, and long-term sustainable development strategies to not only improve business management capabilities, but also seek technological breakthroughs to manufacture reliable and trustworthy products. In the meantime, CSCC keeps abreast of social responsibilities in all areas and maintains good interaction with various stakeholders while adopting “harmonious coexistence,” “business integrity,” as well as “green enterprise and value innovation” as our sustainability criteria.

In the pursuit of corporate growth and profitability, we at CSCC attach greater importance to mutual benefit and prosperity between environmental protection, labor-management harmony, and customer management. We place an emphasis on environmental protection in our production processes and products while observing laws and regulations, engage in green procurement and green accounting, and reduce emissions in our factories. Furthermore, we keep a watchful eye on employee benefits and compensation, as well as workplace fairness, health, and safety in an effort to create a harmonious work environment aimed at enhancing employee performance. We also focus on customer management with a view to creating a niche for corporate growth through mutual benefit and prosperity.

Green enterprise and value innovation - Setting a benchmark for green enterprises with the development of the refined carbon materials business
As one of CSCC’s very own innovations, refined carbon materials can be used in lithium-ion batteries as the power source for electric vehicles. These materials are capable of reducing carbon dioxide emissions and pollution, thereby realizing energy conservation and carbon reduction.
