Cause of occurrence:China Steel Chemical Corporation,Formosa Ha Tinh (Cayman) Limited (hereinafter called 'FHC') ,and Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation (hereinafter called 'FHS') had signed an agreement onSeptember 30, 2015 that referred to establish a joint venture by CSCC and FHC.Relevant information was announced on October 3, 2015 and October 20, 2017, respectively.Due to the implementation of the Cayman Economic Substance Act, it was proposed to setup a joint venture company in Vietnam to replace it.The discussion will be continued under the existing modalities of cooperation.
